20 • Glass of wine...
Last night, while drinking wine at a small cosy bar, with a very good friend of mine, I did that sketch in a paper towel.... Great fun!!

Another one for today! I worked from a reference photo (Ios island) and memory. I used only some details and recomposed the whole thing.
Pencil, artist pen, Tombow and ball pen.

Χρησιμοποίησα σαν βάση κάποια στοιχεία φωτογραφίας και με τη βοήθεια της μνήμης δημιούργησα μια εντελώς καινούργια σύνθεση. Σκίτσο μικτής τεχνικής.

I used waterbased inks (Ecoline of Talens) and artist pen.Το σκίτσο αυτό ξεκίνησε πολύ ελεύθερα, με μελάνια που τα άφησα να τρέξουν το ένα μέσα στο άλλο. Ολοκλήρωσα με μαρκαδοράκι μελάνης

13 • Another coffee creation...
This one is more freely and expressive. I started with some coffee brushstrokes here and there,
when sudenlly the flowers appeared...
I also used a Tombow pen and white gouache, together with coffee. I had a great fun doing that one!
Μια πιο ελεύθερη δημιουργία με καφέ!
Χρησιμοποίησα εδώ και μαύρο μαρκαδόρο Tombow, καθώς και άσπρη τέμπερα για τα λουλούδια.
Το δασκέδασα ιδιαίτερα...

12 • A "coffee" sketch...
Yes!! in this one which is part of my Tropical serie
I used instant coffee!! I like very much its warm brown color...
I finished the sketch with some lines using an artist sepia pen (indian ink).

Some years before I traveled to Egypt. I have a lot of reference photos to work with, but this one is completely from memory.
I also consider this sketch part of my personail challege "Watercolors 100", that is actually running in my main blog. Pencil, watercolor, marker pen.

The second one for today, according to the subject (tropical) that Karen gave us as a challenge for January.
It's a combination of watersoluble sepia chalk, watercolor, indian ink with a rigger brush and oil pastel.
